The software industry has grown like a multi-headed hydra, without any coherent form or content. Every company touts itself as a global

leader, trying to pawn sub-standard products and services to an unsuspecting client. Some of the challanges commonly encountered in Software industry are the following:

Lack of understanding of the Biz processes and intricacies. Most of the times the IT professionals do not understand that IT is an ENABLING service- a means to an end and not an end in itself.
