Job Description:

1)Responsible for end to end recruitment of the company. Competency Mapping, sourcing and screening CV from various sources.

2)Salary negotiations and implementation of complete hiring process till joining formalities are complete.

3)Should be well versed with Job Portals, latest Recruitment Techniques and think out of the box for effective solutions to current issues of Talent Acquisition.

4) Should be comfortable with Head hunting techniques.

5)Should work with Result oriented approach and should always thrive to achieve quick results.

6)Internal department coordination for smooth functioning of HR policies and procedure on Recruitment.

7)Regular monitoring of the Recruitment team on a daily basis.

8) Understand and align the Recruitment strategies in accordance with the business requirement eliminate the adverse impact on business.

Graduation along with MBA-HR is preferable. Candidates having relevant experience of 4-6 yrs with an inclination towards recruitment will be given a preference. Candidate should possess excellent written and spoken communication Skills. Knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage
