Job Description:

First Level support for all Desktop & Laptop calls
Provide support for Windows 2000, Windows XP, Win 98, Office Automation
First level support for Client Specific applications (Connectivity and configuration of applications only)
Install standard software based on the user category classification and business requirements.
Try to resolve Hardware problems
This job is on contract basis for 6 months on third party payroll.
Candidate should be based out of Gurgaon only.

Should posess technical qualification like MCSE/ CCNA
