Job Description:
Proficient in
level V3 support, Incident handling and management
Assess and diagnose escalated problems. Root cause analysis
Independently able to design and implement the telecom, network and
security infrastructure.
Provide quick work around to resolve.
Identify potential problems through proactive measures and do a Trend
analysis of those incidents.
Hand on experience on Cisco network devices, firewall solution
Able to interact with the external client and troubleshoot network
connectivity issues.
Able to handle the network security audits (BS 7799 etc.) independently. |

'XExperience in Network, Capacity planning, Understanding of LAN, Wan and
telecom architecture & implementation, IP Network design and
architectures.
'XGood knowledge and experience in handling large Wide Area Network,
Security Management (Firewall, Intrusion Detection System).
'XCoordinate with telecom and network service provider on timely execution
of various telecom and network project.
'XDevice management covering WAN MUX, Routers, Layer 3/ Layer 2 switches,
Firewall, IDS etc.
'XKnowledge and hand on Core switches (65xx) and access switches.
'XKnowledge of protocols EIGRP/BGP/OSPF/RIP, HSRP .
'XKnowledge of LAN/WAN technologies (routing, switching, Frame relay, ATM
etc).
'XKnowledge of telecom (IPLC, NLD) infrastructure.
'XKnowledge of firewall solutions (Checkpoint, PIX).
'XKnowledge of EMS/NMS solutions (CWM, Concord and Cisco works).
